Steps

  1. Make road omelette.
  2. Grill salmon with butter, taking three to four minutes on each side.
  3. Remove string from snap beans and microwave at 500 watts for 40 seconds.
  4. Season snap beans with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  5. Microwave a sized carrot with a peeler at 500 watts for 40 seconds.
  6. Season the carrot with salt, pepper, gray mustard, and honey.
  7. Add pork sauce when cooked; adjust amount to preference.
  8. Pack in bento box.
  9. Boil eggs.
  10. Cut chicken into bite size pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then thinly cut with potato starch.
  11. Bake chicken for 3 minutes on each side, pouring a little oil as needed.
  12. Microwave frozen spinach and corn at 500 watts for 40 seconds.
  13. Season the spinach with salt, pepper, butter, and soy sauce.
