Korean Beef Bulgogi

- 1.5 pounds Beef stew meat
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1/3 cup Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Ground ginger
- 1/2 cup (plus more for garnish) Green onions
- 4 Garlic cloves

Steps
- Turn on the Instant Pot and select the 'Saute' button.
- Add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil to the pot.
- Once the oil heats up, add 1.5 pounds of beef stew meat to the pot.
- Add 1 cup of brown sugar to the pot.
- Cook for about five minutes, coating all the meats with the brown sugar and oil.
- Turn the Instant Pot off.
- Add 1/3 cup of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1/2 cup of chopped green onions, and minced garlic to the pot.
- Stir all ingredients well in the pot.
- Put the lid on the Instant Pot and turn it to 'Sealing'.
- Select 'Manual' mode and set the cooking time for 40 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to come up, then count down from 40 to zero.
- Let the pot naturally release for about ten minutes.
- After ten minutes of natural release, manually release the valve.
- Give the beef a final stir.
