- 8-10 ounces Spaghetti noodles (whole wheat)
- 1 pat Butter
- 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
- Amount needed for sautéing Onion
- Amount needed for sautéing Peppers (bell peppers)
- Amount needed for sautéing Celery
- As needed Rotel tomatoes (diced tomatoes and green chilies)
- 1 can/amount needed Cream of chicken soup
- About 0.5 pound, diced Vita cheese
- About half a rotisserie chicken Rotisserie chicken (shredded)
- A little bit Pepper

Steps
- Cook the spaghetti noodles in a pot.
- In a separate pan, melt butter and add minced garlic, onion, peppers, and celery. Sauté for a few minutes until soft.
- Add Rotel tomatoes to the sautéed vegetables and stir well.
- Stir in the cream of chicken soup and let it incorporate together.
- Add diced Vita cheese, pepper, and garlic salt (if using) to the sauce. Stir around until the cheese is melted.
