  • 8-10 ounces Spaghetti noodles (whole wheat)
  • 1 pat Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
  • Amount needed for sautéing Onion
  • Amount needed for sautéing Peppers (bell peppers)
  • Amount needed for sautéing Celery
  • As needed Rotel tomatoes (diced tomatoes and green chilies)
  • 1 can/amount needed Cream of chicken soup
  • About 0.5 pound, diced Vita cheese
  • About half a rotisserie chicken Rotisserie chicken (shredded)
  • A little bit Pepper

Steps

  1. Cook the spaghetti noodles in a pot.
  2. In a separate pan, melt butter and add minced garlic, onion, peppers, and celery. Sauté for a few minutes until soft.
  3. Add Rotel tomatoes to the sautéed vegetables and stir well.
  4. Stir in the cream of chicken soup and let it incorporate together.
  5. Add diced Vita cheese, pepper, and garlic salt (if using) to the sauce. Stir around until the cheese is melted.
