- 1 pound Ground beef
- amount needed Onions
- amount needed Fresh garlic
- amount needed Diced canned tomatoes
- amount needed Taco seasoning
- 2 cups (or enough to cover spaghetti) Beef broth or water
- amount needed Dry spaghetti
- amount needed Cheese (fresh)
- amount needed Fresh cilantro

Steps
- Crank up the cooktop and add 1 pound of ground beef, breaking it apart.
- Toss in onions and fresh garlic to cook until browned.
- Pause the heat and drain the pan of fat and oil.
- Turn the heat back on. Add diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and 2 cups of beef broth (or water).
- Add dry spaghetti, ensuring it is submerged in the liquid; add more broth or water if necessary to cover it completely.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Cover the pot, reduce heat to low, and let it cook for 12 to 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, remove the lid and cook uncovered for another two to three minutes to allow some liquid to evaporate.
- Remove from heat. Stir in cheese on top.
- Cover the pot and let it sit for a couple of minutes until the cheese has melted.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro.
