  • 2 Onions
  • as needed Potato flour

  • as needed Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Dried marjoram
  • 3 Eggs

Steps

  1. Grating the potatoes using a hand grater or food processor.
  2. Frying the diced bacon in a pan until cooked.
  3. Adding the onions to the pan with the fried bacon and frying them.
  4. Draining excess water from the grated potatoes, squeezing only slightly if necessary.
  5. Mixing the drained potatoes with potato flour, eggs, salt, black pepper, and dried marjoram.
  6. In a separate step (or as needed), adding more potato flour to adjust consistency if it is too watery.
  7. Oiling bread pans and sprinkling them with breadcrumbs or using parchment paper.
  8. Pouring the potato mixture into the prepared baking pan(s).
  9. Baking in an oven preheated to 356 degrees Fahrenheit for about 60-70 minutes.
