Ingredients
- 1 lb 2 oz Pork loin
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Meat seasoning
- 3 Onions
- 3 slices Bread
- small amount Flour
- as needed Olive oil
- about 1 tbsp per layer Brown rice
- roughly chopped Carrots
- to cover ingredients Hot water
- 1 tsp (optional) Vinegar

Steps
- Chop the pork loin finely.
- Add salt and meat seasoning to the pork.
- Finely chop three onions and mix with pork.
- Tear three slices of bread into pieces, add to the bowl, and mix well.
- Shape patties by pressing down with a canning jar lid.
- Fry patties in olive oil until golden brown on each side.
- Layer patties with rinsed brown rice, repeat until rice is used up.
- Add roughly chopped carrots to the top layer.
- Pour hot water over the layers, leaving about an inch of space.
- Cook on medium heat for 3 to 4 hours.
- Immediately tighten the lid on the hot jars and allow to cool to form a vacuum seal.
