- coconut milk
- fish sauce
- brown sugar

- green beans

- Heat the wok and add 2 Tbsp of Thai green curry paste.
- Stir the paste in the pan, letting it bubble until its fragrance comes out (about one minute).
- Pour in 270 ml of coconut milk and stir to combine.
- Add the pork to the mixture and coat with the sauce. Let it bubble for about 5 minutes or until cooked through.
- Add all the vegetables at once and stir them into the liquid.
- Turn down the heat, cover the pot, and let it simmer for around 10 minutes.
- Taste a piece of carrot to check if the vegetables are tender (al dente).
- Stir in two teaspoons of brown sugar and two teaspoons of fish sauce.
- Taste the sauce and serve immediately.
