Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
- as many as desired Bell Peppers (any variety)
- 1-2 Onions
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- couple tablespoons Olive Oil
- to taste Fajita Seasoning (or chili powder, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic, cumin)

Steps
- Cut the bell peppers into thin strips.
- Slice the onions into thin slivers.
- Trim and cut the chicken breasts into nice strips.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped bell peppers and sliced onions.
- Add the olive oil to the vegetables and toss them together.
- Season the chicken with fajita seasoning (or your preferred spices) and mix well until coated.
- Spread the seasoned chicken on one side of a sheet pan.
- Spread the seasoned vegetables on the other side of the same sheet pan.
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
