Sheet Pan Italian Pork Chops with Potatoes and Carrots

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons Olive oil
  • To taste Paprika
  • To taste Oregano
  • A little bit Grated Parmesan cheese
  • To taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 package Italian seasoning
  • As needed Non-stick cooking spray
  • 4 to 6 pieces Pork chops
  • To taste Carrots
  • To taste Potatoes
  • A little bit (for veggies) Extra olive oil
  • To taste Garlic salt

Steps

  1. Spray a sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, oregano, grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, and Italian seasoning to create a mixture for the pork chops.
  3. Use tongs to dip each side of the pork chops into the mixture.
  4. Line up the seasoned pork chops in the middle of the sheet pan.
  5. Add carrots to one side of the sheet pan.
  6. Add potatoes to the other side of the sheet pan, ensuring they are touching part of the sheet pan for cooking.
  7. Drizzle a little extra olive oil onto the potatoes and drizzle a little bit of garlic salt over both the potatoes and carrots.
  8. Mix the vegetables around so that the oil touches at least some of each potato and carrot.
  9. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 to 40 minutes.
