Steps
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
- Spray a sheet pan with Pam spray.
- In a bowl, combine the yellow onion, red pepper, and green pepper. Sprinkle half of the fajita seasoning over the vegetables and toss them together.
- In a separate bowl, cut the chicken breast into thin strips or pieces.
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper over the chicken and mix well with a little bit of the remaining fajita seasoning.
- Season the shrimp separately using Creole seasoning (or your preferred seasoning).
- Spread the seasoned vegetables on one side of the sheet pan, ensuring they are spread out evenly.
- Place the seasoned chicken strips in the center of the sheet pan, spreading them out so they do not overlap.
- Arrange the seasoned shrimp around the chicken and vegetables, making sure they are also spread out evenly.
- Drizzle olive oil over all the ingredients on the sheet pan.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the chicken and shrimp are cooked through. (The cook used a total of 25 minutes at 425 degrees.)
- Once finished, remove the sheet pan from the oven.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and squeeze lime juice over the dish before serving.
