Simple Chicken Soup

- 350 g Chicken
- 1.5 liters Water
- 2 Onions
- as needed Frying oil
- 1 Carrot
- 1 ladle Broth
- 2-3 Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Paste
- a few Black peppercorns
- 3 Bay leaves
- 1 cup Frozen peas
- 1 Egg

Steps
- Cook the chicken in 1.5 liters of water until done, then remove and discard the foam.
- Chop two onions and fry them over medium heat using frying oil.
- Cut one carrot and fry it over medium heat.
- Add one ladle of broth to the pot.
- Take the cooked chicken out of the broth and leave it to cool.
- Cut 2-3 potatoes into pieces.
- After 3 minutes, add two tablespoons of paste, a few black peppercorns, and three bay leaves.
- Cook until the potatoes are tender.
- Add one cup of frozen peas.
- Beat one egg and pour it into the soup.
- Add salt to taste and then add the cooled chicken meat back into the soup.
