Slow Cooker Creamy Sausage and Potato Soup

- as needed Andwi sausage (or preferred type)
- 2 lbs or 2 large potatoes Large potatoes
- 1 can Cream of corn soup
- as desired Green chilies
- as needed Frozen corn
- about 1 cup Chicken broth
- a good bit Spice Titan Home Base (or similar seasoning with kosher salt, garlic, onion, black pepper)

Steps
- Slice or chop the Andwi sausage.
- Peel and cut the potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes or slices.
- Place the chopped potatoes and sliced sausage in the slow cooker.
- Add the can of creamed corn soup, green chilies, frozen corn, and chicken broth to the slow cooker.
- Stir in the seasoning (Spice Titan Home Base) until everything is well combined.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for about 4 hours.
- After cooking, stir in half a can of evaporated milk.
- Let the soup sit for another 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
