- 1 and 1/2 lbs bone-in beef
- 2 onion
- 1 carrot
- 3 cloves garlic
- butter
- 3 teaspoons salt
- water

Steps
- Heat maximum to create a crust.
- Cut onion and carrot into large chunks.
- Add garlic cloves to the pan.
- Baste the meat with hot butter.
- Wrap the meat in foil for 2-3 minutes.
- Blend roasted vegetables with meat.
- Add hot water and blend until smooth.
- Add meat chunks and blend again.
- Add 3 teaspoons of salt.
- Pour mixture into a mold, spread evenly.
- Freeze for 2 hours.
- Cut cubes into uniform sizes.
- Wrap each cube in foil tightly.
