- a couple Eggs
- 1 and a half cups Iron Corn Flour
- about 1 cup, freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- a little bit Pepper
- some (for cooking) Bacon
- some Chopped Onion
- some Minced Garlic
- a jar Sun-dried Tomatoes
- the amount made from the ricotta mixture Boiled Gnocchi
- a little bit Bone Broth
- some Cream
- to top Fresh Spinach
- more (for topping) Shredded Parmesan Cheese

- Combine the ricotta, eggs, iron corn flour, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Roll out the mixture and cut it into gnocchi pieces.
- Boil the gnocchi for about five minutes in salted water until cooked through.
- In a cast iron skillet, cook up some bacon until crispy.
- Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes to the rendered bacon grease.
- Sauté the vegetables until they are slightly soft.
- Add the boiled gnocchi, bone broth, cream, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Top with fresh spinach and more shredded parmesan cheese.
