- 1 Cauliflower
- enough to cover Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Broccoli
- 1 Onion
- as needed Olive oil
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Yellow bell pepper
- 3 Potatoes

- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 3 tablespoons Flour
- 2 cups / 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup / 100 ml Milk
- to taste Salt

- 100g / 3.52oz Mozzarella
- 2 teaspoons Greek yogurt/sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Mayonnaise
- 1 clove Garlic
- as needed Dill
- 1 Cucumber
- to taste Salt

Steps
- Fill with water.
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the water.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes (for cauliflower).
- Drain the cauliflower when ready.
- Bring the remaining water to a boil and cook broccoli for 2 minutes until ready.
- Sauté onion in olive oil over medium heat.
- Add carrot, yellow bell pepper, salt, black pepper, basil, and dried garlic. Stir well.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Cover with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes (for potatoes).
- In a separate bowl, mix butter and flour to create a roux.
- Add vegetable broth and milk to the roux, mixing well until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Stir in basil to complete the sauce.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly (vegetables and sauce).
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
