- garlic-infused olive oil
- smoked paprika
- garlic powder
- pinch cayenne pepper
- kosher salt
- black pepper
- about 1 cup mayonnaise
- half cup sweet chili sauce
- sriracha
- couple tablespoons honey

Steps
- Remove skin from salmon fillet using a fillet knife.
- Pat dry with paper towels.
- Cut salmon into 1-inch bite-sized cubes.
- Coat cubes with garlic-infused olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F for 5 minutes. Spray basket with avocado oil spray.
- Place salmon cubes in air fryer basket in a single layer without touching.
- Air fry at 375 degrees for 8 minutes total, flipping halfway at 4 minutes.
- Make bang bang sauce: whisk together mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, a pinch of salt, and black pepper.
