Ingredients

  • 1-inch cubes salmon fillet
  • garlic-infused olive oil
  • smoked paprika
  • garlic powder
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • kosher salt
  • black pepper
  • about 1 cup mayonnaise
  • half cup sweet chili sauce
  • sriracha
  • couple tablespoons honey
  • avocado oil spray

Steps

  1. Remove skin from salmon fillet using a fillet knife.
  2. Pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Cut salmon into 1-inch bite-sized cubes.
  4. Coat cubes with garlic-infused olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F for 5 minutes. Spray basket with avocado oil spray.
  6. Place salmon cubes in air fryer basket in a single layer without touching.
  7. Air fry at 375 degrees for 8 minutes total, flipping halfway at 4 minutes.
  8. Make bang bang sauce: whisk together mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, a pinch of salt, and black pepper.
  9. Pour bang bang sauce over cooked salmon bites and plate. Optionally add toothpicks for serving as appetizer.
