- 1 yellow onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 cabbage
- 1 tomatoes
- 1 ground beef
- 4 garlic
- 1.5 paprika
- 1 dried oregano
- 1 kosher salt
- 0.5 ground black pepper
- 0.5 tomato sauce
- 4 beef broth
- 0.5 white rice
- chopped parsley
- 0.5 lemon juice

Steps
- Dice the yellow onion and set aside.
- Dice the carrots and chop them into quarters lengthwise and chop across.
- Cut the cabbage in half, then in half again, remove the core, and chop into chunks.
- Add ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic to a pot, cook until browned.
- Add paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper, stir for 30 seconds.
- Add chopped cabbage, carrots, canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, and rice.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer, cover, and cook for 25-30 minutes.
- Stir occasionally to prevent rice from sticking.
- Before serving, add chopped parsley and fresh lemon juice.
