- Heat pan over medium-high heat; chop and cook 6 bacon strips about 7 minutes until done. Drain and set aside.
- In the same bacon grease, cook 2 jalapeños cut into rounds for 1 minute. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
- Discard remaining bacon grease from pan.

- Add 1/2 minced onion, 1 tsp mustard, and 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce; cook 2-3 minutes. Taste and adjust salt. Set aside.
- Make cheese sauce: melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat; whisk in 2 tbsp flour; cook 1 minute to form a roux.
- Season roux with salt, black pepper, and chipotle in adobo; slowly whisk in 1 cup milk until thickened.
- Stir in shredded sharp cheddar cheese a little at a time until melted.
- Air fry frozen fries until crispy; transfer to oven-safe dish.
- Top fries with cheese sauce, seasoned beef, more cheese, bacon, and jalapeño rounds.
- Return to air fryer briefly to melt cheese. Drizzle with burger sauce and serve.
