- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 1 jalapeño

- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt

- Montreal seasoning
- flour tortillas

Steps
- Blend mayo, ketchup, mustard, jalapeño with its juice, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chile tepin until smooth. Taste and adjust salt. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Divide ground beef into 3-oz meatballs and season with Montreal seasoning or salt and black pepper.
- Heat comal over medium-high heat.
- Place meatball seasoning-side down and smash flat. Cook 2 minutes, flip, cook another 1-2 minutes.
- Move patty to one side of the comal and heat a flour tortilla on the other side.
- Place cheese over the patty, lay the cooked side of the tortilla on top, then flip together.
- Cook until done, remove from heat.
- Top with burger sauce, grilled onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles or jalapenos.
- Serve and enjoy.
