- 1 lb 1/2 lb ground beef
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp basil

- 7.4 oz tomato sauce
- 56 oz crushed tomatoes

Steps
- Set deep pan over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 lb 1/2 lb ground beef, season with black pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, oregano, onion powder, basil, chili flakes, and salt to taste.
- Brown the meat and add half an onion, four minced garlic cloves, and 2 tbsp fresh parsley.
- Cook for 3 minutes, then add 2 tbsp tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add 7.4 oz tomato sauce, 56 oz crushed tomatoes, and 2 cups water. Simmer and adjust salt.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, simmer for 15 minutes.
- Break pasta into pieces and add to sauce, cook for 15-18 minutes until noodles are softened.
- Top with ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
- Cover and let cheese melt.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, serve after 5 minutes.
