Potato and Ham Bake

- 5, chopped Potatoes
- 8 ounces Ham
- 1 Onion
- Oil
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 2 1/2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon (plus 1 teaspoon for boiling the potatoes) Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- Mozzarella cheese

Steps
- Add five chopped potatoes to a pot, cover with water, add one teaspoon of salt, and cook for 15 minutes.
- Cut eight ounces of ham into small pieces.
- Cut one onion in half and then into very thin slices.
- Pour oil in a frying pan, add the ham, and saute well.
- Add the sliced onion and continue sauteing.
- In a pan, add two tablespoons of butter and let it melt.
- Add two tablespoons of flour and mix it.
- Gradually add two and a half cups of milk so the cream doesn't clog.
- Season with one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of black pepper, and one teaspoon of oregano, and mix for another five minutes.
- Put one ladle of cream on the bottom of a baking pan.
- Add the potatoes, then top with the sauteed ham.
- Add the white cream and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
