- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 piece onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- juice of 1 lime lime juice
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- black pepper
- chili powder
- ground cumin
- oregano
- 1/4 cup beer
- 2 avocado
- 1/2 chile serrano or jalapeño
- 2 garlic cloves (for salsa)
- onion (for salsa)
- juice of 1/2 lime lime juice (for salsa)
- 1 handful cilantro
- 1 tsp salt (for salsa)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper (for salsa)
- 3/4 cup water
- lard or oil
- yellow pepper
- queso Oaxaca
- flour tortillas
- cilantro (topping)
- onion (topping)
- salsa taquera

Steps
- Mix sliced steak, ground beef, onion, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, chili powder, ground cumin, oregano, and beer. Let marinate for a few minutes.
- Make avocado salsa: blend avocados, chile serrano or jalapeño, garlic cloves, onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt, black pepper, and water until smooth.
- Heat griddle over medium-high heat and melt lard or oil.
- Cook meat in batches for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Cover with foil. Also cook onions and yellow pepper.
- Clean comal and reduce heat to medium-low. Warm tortillas.
- Move warmed tortilla to the side, add queso Oaxaca, and place tortilla over the cheese. Allow cheese to melt and create a crust.
- Stack tacos: layer avocado salsa, meat with lime juice, onion, cilantro, and salsa taquera.
