- flank steak
- 2 jalapeños
- 1/2 onion
- shrimp (peeled, cleaned, deveined)
- 1 lime
- oil
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika

- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 8 oz sour cream
- half can chipotles in adobo sauce
- 2 garlic cloves

Steps
- Cut onion into strips and jalapeños into half moons (seeds removed); set aside.
- Remove excess fat from flank steak; cut against the grain then chop into small squares.
- Season steak with juice of 1 lime, oil, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika, black pepper, and 1 1/2 tsp salt.
- Chop cleaned shrimp into smaller pieces; pat dry.
- Season shrimp with oil, 1 tsp salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and lemon pepper.
- Make chipotle salsa: blend 8 oz sour cream, half can chipotles in adobo, 2 garlic cloves, juice of 1/2 lime, chili powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
- Heat comal over medium-high heat; cook steak in a single layer a few minutes, then stir.
- Add onion and jalapeños to steak; cook 2 more minutes.
- Push steak mixture aside; cook shrimp until color changes (about 5 minutes).
- Mix steak and shrimp together; cook 2 more minutes.
- Heat comal over medium-low heat with a little oil; place corn tortillas and cook until bubbling.
- Flip tortillas, top with cheese; once melted, add steak and shrimp mixture.
- Drizzle with chipotle salsa and fold to close. Serve.
