French Onion Soup Crockpot Steak and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Mini golden potatoes
  • 2 cans Cans of French onion soup
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste (or minced garlic)
  • Under 2 lbs Cubed steak
  • Generous amount Dijon mustard
  • Generous amount Kinder the blend (salt, pepper, and garlic)
  • 1 packet Onion soup and dip mix
  • 1 large onion Onion
  • Drizzle Wash your sister sauce or sear sauce

Steps

  1. Place the mini golden potatoes in a crockpot.
  2. Pour both cans of French onion soup over the potatoes.
  3. Add 1 tbsp of garlic paste to the mixture.
  4. Mix the potatoes, soup, and garlic thoroughly until evenly distributed.
  5. In a separate bowl, add the cubed steak.
  6. Coat the cubed steak with a generous amount of Dijon mustard.
  7. Season the steaks with Kinder the blend (salt, pepper, and garlic).
  8. Toss the seasoned steaks in the mustard to ensure they are fully coated.
  9. Place the seasoned steaks on top of the potatoes in the crockpot, ensuring they form a thin layer.
  10. Sprinkle one packet of onion soup and dip mix over the cubed steak.
  11. Slice up 1 large onion and sprinkle it evenly over the steak.
  12. Drizzle wash your sister sauce or sear sauce over the onions on top of the steaks.
  13. Cook the crockpot on high for 4 hours, or on low for 8 hours.
