Ground Beef Ramen

- 1 pound Thawed ground beef
- 2 cups Low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/3 cup Low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 cups Shredded carrots
- 10 oz bag Angel hair coleslaw mix (cabbage)
- 3 cloves Garlic

Steps
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet until cooked through, then drain using paper towels.
- Add 2 cups of low-sodium chicken broth to the slow cooker.
- Stir in 1/3 cup of low-sodium soy sauce and 2 cups of shredded carrots.
- Add the entire bag (10 oz) of angel hair coleslaw mix (cabbage).
- Add about 3 cloves of garlic.
- Stir in a teaspoon of brown sugar.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 2 hours, or on low for 4 to 5 hours.
