Ground Beef Ramen

  • 1 pound Thawed ground beef
  • 2 cups Low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded carrots
  • 10 oz bag Angel hair coleslaw mix (cabbage)
  • 3 cloves Garlic

Steps

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet until cooked through, then drain using paper towels.
  2. Add 2 cups of low-sodium chicken broth to the slow cooker.
  3. Stir in 1/3 cup of low-sodium soy sauce and 2 cups of shredded carrots.
  4. Add the entire bag (10 oz) of angel hair coleslaw mix (cabbage).
  5. Add about 3 cloves of garlic.
  6. Stir in a teaspoon of brown sugar.
  7. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 2 hours, or on low for 4 to 5 hours.
