- 2 lbs, cut into 1-inch pieces chicken
- oil
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- pinch salt (for sauce)

Steps
- Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Toss with oil, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Thread seasoned chicken onto metal skewers.
- Make hot honey: melt butter over low heat, add minced garlic, cook 30 seconds. Add honey, soy sauce, Sriracha, apple cider vinegar, pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt. Simmer for about 1 minute.
- Air fry chicken skewers at 400°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Brush hot honey sauce all over the skewers and air fry for 2 more minutes.
- Brush with hot honey one last time. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
