  • 2 tablespoons Light soy sauce
  • A little bit Apple cider vinegar
  • A little bit Fresh lime juice
  • To taste Oregano
  • To taste Garlic powder (or fresh garlic, minced)
  • To taste Onion powder
  • To taste Smoked paprika (or normal paprika)
  • To taste Cumin powder
  • A big pinch of salt (soy sauce provides some saltiness) Salt and black pepper
  • 1 whole chicken Whole chicken (or chicken thighs/breasts)
