Steps

  1. Mix the chicken broth, soy sauce, marinade, spicy sesame oil, corn starch, water, brown sugar, and white pepper in a bowl until well combined. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, season the thinly sliced chicken with garlic salt, white pepper, and salt. Mix to ensure everything is coated.
  3. Heat a little oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken to the hot pan, cooking it in batches to avoid overcrowding. Cook for about 3 minutes per batch until fully cooked. Remove from heat.
  5. Repeat the process with any remaining chicken.
  6. Add more oil to the wok and add the bell pepper, green onion, zucchini, carrots, sweet peas, broccoli, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
  7. Allow the vegetables to cook for about 3 minutes.
  8. Pour in the prepared sauce. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens (this happens very quickly).
  9. Add the cooked chicken back into the wok. Mix everything together thoroughly.
