- whole chicken pieces (bone-in)
- 4, smashed garlic cloves
- fresh parsley
- paprika
- black pepper
- salt
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- pork ribs (baby back or spare)
- mustard (binder)
- dry rub/BBQ seasoning
- apple juice (for spritzing)
- water
- butter
- barbecue sauce
- ribeye steaks

Steps
- [Recipe 1 - Grilled Chicken] Smash garlic cloves and mince parsley.
- [Recipe 1] Make marinade: combine olive oil (1/3 cup), paprika, black pepper, salt, parsley, and smashed garlic.
- [Recipe 1] Add chicken, massage marinade in, seal. Marinate minimum 30 minutes, up to overnight in refrigerator.
