- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- to taste panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

- 1/4 cup finely diced shallot
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup baby dill pickles
- to taste olive oil
- 1/2 cup pickle relish

Steps
- Heat a couple tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Form about a quarter cup of the mixture into a patty with your hands.
- Place the patty in the pan and cook for about two to three minutes on each side.
- Repeat the process until all the mixture is cooked.
- Bake in a 400-degree Fahrenheit oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until nicely browned.
