Steps

  1. In a big pot or wok over medium to high heat, stir about 1 tablespoon of green curry paste until it starts to become fragrant (about one minute).
  2. Add 270 ml (one small can) of coconut milk and stir until the sauce begins to simmer.
  3. Add in 500 g of thinly sliced pork (or chosen meat/protein), stirring for about 2 minutes to cook through in the lovely sauce.
  4. Next, add the vegetables: green beans, red capsicum (bell pepper), carrots, and baby corn. Carefully toss all together.
  5. Cover the wok and allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes until the veggies are nice and tender.
