- Heat a large non-stick skillet over high heat with oil.
- Cook the ground chicken until browned and almost cooked through.
- Add jalapeno, garlic, and green onions to the skillet. Season with salt and cook until acquainted.
- Pour in the sauce (brown sugar, white sugar, soy sauce, chicken stock, oyster sauce, and optional fish sauce).
- Whisk the sauce ingredients together before adding them to the pan.
